Installing A Wood Exterior Storm Window Over
QUEEN ANNE STYLE WINDOWS
In order for the beauty of the upper-sash's individual lites to show through the storm window, the home owner has chosen the Top-Hung Opening style storm window (being installed by Air-Tite personnel). This non-divided single pane storm window design allows for the least amount of wood frame to be utilized to hold the glass, thereby allowing full visibility of the primary window. The Top-Hung Opening style storm window can be opened "awning" style by pushing the bottom of the storm window outwards for ventilation.
